Medical Coding And Billing Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coding And Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately coding patient diagnoses, procedures, and services, as well as processing insurance claims. Experience with FMLA.
Pay: $14-16 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process patient billing information and insurance claims.
- Code medical procedures and diagnoses accurately.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations as applicable.
- Verify insurance information and communicate with patients and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on unpaid claims.
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical coding and billing.
- Knowledge of FMLA and related processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
