Accounts Payable Specialist

Equity Staffing Group is looking for a Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This is a long-term assignment that requires working onsite. *This is NOT a remote position* No agency or third-party submissions will be accepted. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead administrative activities in Operations ensuring the consistency, quality and timeliness of correspondence, information and documentation Track and trace invoices in the system to make sure everything gets resolved and/or escalating as necessary for any issues that occur Performs a variety of routine and non-routine accounting activities in accounts payable Process invoices as requested Use Excel spreadsheets to track workflow Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience Excellent communication and organizations skills Solution driven thought process and high level adaptability with a service mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
