Receptionist

Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, supporting administrative tasks, and helping maintain an organized front office environment.

Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Answer and route incoming phone calls and voicemails

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Keep the reception area clean and professional

Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks

Schedule appointments and meeting rooms as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus

This is a 4 week contract position.

Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime hours

Location: On-site (Oak Ridge, TN)

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Ridge, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
