Job Summary: The Office Clerk is responsible for assisting with daily operations in the accounting office. This entails processing daily bank deposits, processing payable invoices daily, coding and cutting monthly payable checks, processing AR statements, making runs for the accounting office, processing new vehicle invoices, and filling in for other positions in the dealership.

Office Clerk Responsibilities:
- Daily bank deposits
- Breaking down deals when needed
- Processing payable invoices daily
- Process monthly payable checks
- Process monthly accounts receivable statements
- Assist with service cashiering when needed
- Sort, scan, and file documents
- Stock in new vehicles
- Running errands for the accounting office
