ER Registered NurseER Registered Nurse needed for a fast-paced, busy emergency room setting. This position requires alternating 36/48-hour schedules or straight 48-hour shifts. Candidates must possess certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC. Experience in managing a variety of emergency conditions is essential. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are necessary for this role. Familiarity with charting systems, preferably Cerner, is a plus. The successful candidate will work with patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. An ability to manage diverse patient cases and provide high-quality care is crucial. Weekend coverage will be required as part of the contract. Candidates should be comfortable with a high-volume patient census and various emergency procedures. This role demands strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
