Job Summary

• Perform finishing and assembly tasks for small manufactured parts
• Support production processes for aerospace and medical components
• Focus on precision, quality, and safety in a production setting

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks (fastening, bonding, insert installation)
• Complete finishing work (sanding, masking, marking, measuring)
• Operate molding machines to produce small parts
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow procedures, tolerances, and work instructions
• Use hand and light power tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Support overall production needs

Requirements

• Some assembly line or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read basic blueprints, instructions, and experience in hand/power-tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Able to follow processes and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• Assembly line experience
• Experience with documentation and measurements

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
