Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 3 × 12 hour shifts, 19:00 – 07:30. 36 hours per week, every other weekend and every other holiday. No call required.

The Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) is responsible for assessing patients' respiratory care needs through a variety of data sources. This role involves planning, organizing, performing, and evaluating treatment modalities to meet patient needs while ensuring an optimal patient and family experience through exceptional customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory care needs and plan appropriate interventions.
• Organize and perform respiratory therapies and treatments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment modalities.
• Engage with patients and families to optimize their care experience.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
• Active Pennsylvania state licensure.
