Your main task will be to help customers find the footwear they are looking for and check in inventory. You will contribute more to the store through smaller tasks via cleaning and learning how do minor leather repair. We pride ourselves on becoming very knowledgeable in the products we sell and helping the customer find what they want. We are looking for someone who has great people skills and has clear communication. You will be required to work some weekends. Hours will be 10-7 during weekdays and 10-6 on Saturday - closed Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service
• Demonstrate features and benefits of footwear and retail products
• Check and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Effective time management
• Problem-solving abilities
