We are looking for our next Instrumentation and Controls Electrical (SCADA) Technician to join our team at Tualatin Valley Water District! The Position: You will be responsible for maintaining, testing, and upgrading TVWD's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system along with a second Instrumentation and Controls Electrical (SCADA) Technician and a lead. The data collection and reporting that you two facilitate will help staff effectively control water system operations. You'll be an integral part of keeping water flowing smoothly to more than 222,800 people. TVWD Priorities and Projects:

1. TVWD's new water source, the Willamette Water Supply System (WWSS), will be operational in 2026. TVWD is the managing agency of this supply and responsible for the design and construction of future expansions as well as its integration into the current TVWD water system.
2. TVWD is always working on a variety of capital improvement projects aimed at improving the resiliency of our water system infrastructure.
3. TVWD is seeking to improve the customer experience with its new billing system.

System Operations Team Culture: This team manages our reservoirs, pump stations, and pressure regulating stations, ensuring reliable delivery to our customers. The team brings a diverse skillset to the table, and collaboration is keythey are always willing to help each other out. Besides operating the system, this team is working on integrating the new Willamette Water Supply and upgrading our entire SCADA system. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? We're looking for someone with the following experience, skills, and traits to join our team:

• Associate degree or equivalent in industrial controls, instrumentation, computer science, computer programming, or other related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience using programming languages, control software, industrial control programming, and related tools for industrial process controls systems design or similar.
• A Limited Energy Technician, Class B (LEB), electrician license or higher issued by the Oregon Building Codes Division (or the ability to obtain within the first six months of employment).
• Accountabletaking pride and ownership in work successes and failures.
• Dependablegood attendance and the ability to answer after-hours calls and questions.
• Safety-driven.
• Self-starterable to work in an unsupervised environment and appropriately prioritize work.
• Team playerable to take direction equally well from a supervisor or coworkers.

Compensation/Benefits: The salary range for this position is $101,608.00 - $152,422.40 per year depending on experience. TVWD is proud to offer a valuable benefits package including:
