Lead the Way as a Restaurant Manager at LUCILE'S in Fort Worth, TX!

LUCILE'S, a vibrant and fast-paced dining destination in Fort Worth, TX, is searching for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team. What You'll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain seamless service.
Supervising, supporting, and motivating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Addressing and resolving operational challenges and guest concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
Upholding our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
Stepping in to support the team on the floor, including server and bar duties when needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a mix of experience, skills, and a can-do attitude. Here's what we're seeking:

Experience: 13 years of relevant restaurant or management experience.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active for extended periods.
Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for thinking on your feet and making sound decisions.
Self-Motivation: A proactive, take-charge attitude with a focus on results.
Bonus Points: Prior experience as a server and/or bartender is a plus.
