PC/Network Technician

Description:
We have a need for a PC and Network Technician capable of PC configuration and troubleshooting; including Operating Systems (OS) maintenance, Hardware repair and troubleshooting and Software installation/configuration.
You will provide on-site and telephone support for our customers, perform LAN maintenance and networking, including wiring, new user setup, backups. Personnel training. Upgrade and update PC and Server software packages.
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of:
- Windows PC Computers
- Various Printers
- Network wiring, switches and interface cards
- A variety of Software packages
- End user support
- General maintenance of Servers (updates, disk space cleanup, etc) Requirements:
3-5 years experience in Information Technologies industry. This is not an entry level position.
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) OR CompTia A+/N+ certification or equivalent desired. College degree not required.
Excellent communication skills required. You must be able to comfortably and effectively explain and collaborate with customers and co-workers.
Professional appearance required.
Dependable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement.
Multiple certifications a plus! Reports to:

Salary / Wage:
$70K-95$K/yr (Base plus Incentive Pay)
