Branch Manager

Position Overview Branch Manager – responsible for overall sales and operations management of the branch, including new customer acquisition, performance coaching, and ensuring compliance with FNB policies and procedural standards. Responsibilities Generate high‑value customer relationships through sales leads, outbound calling, and community engagement. Execute and coach sales strategies to meet financial and growth goals. Integrate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions using approved branch technologies. Maintain data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage and coach branch staff and facility operations to meet FNB standards. Conduct daily sales meetings, handle HR responsibilities, and lead team education and training. Ensure branch compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements. Perform operational duties and project work as required. Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and responding to daily risks. Qualifications Education: High School or GED (BA/BS preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related managerial or banking role. Skills: Excellent management, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities; strong customer service orientation; proficiency in MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), and MS PowerPoint (basic). Knowledge: Banking audit policies and procedures is a plus. Licenses / Certifications Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred; required for certain mortgage functions.
