Licensed Electrician

This is a leadership role in a specialized setting: you'll lead the electrical work behind residential heat pump installations wiring equipment, running circuits, and completing panel and service upgrades while mentoring apprentices and setting the standard for quality on every job.You'll work as a job lead, guiding apprentices through the electrical scope of each install, troubleshooting more complex issues, and ensuring every job meets Forge's quality bar from start to finish.Pay Range: $35$50/hr, based on related experience, ability to mentor apprentices, ability to lead jobs independently, and quality of work.LogisticsService area: Metrowest and Eastern Massachusetts you'll travel to job sites across this area daily.Schedule: Consistent, full-time work, year-round, MondayFriday no on-call or after-hours rotation.
