About the Position Rowe Casa Organics is hiring a Labeling Specialist to join our team! As a key part of the Labeling Department, you will ensure the efficient and accurate labeling of our high‑quality products, playing a vital role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. This is a full‑time position that follows a 4/10 work schedule (4 days a week, 10 hours a day). The schedule will include a combination of days between Monday and Saturday, typically from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Note that overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required, and the schedule may change depending on company needs. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment Knowledge of production procedures and machinery (labeling processes) Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively Ability to enforce safety and sanitation regulations Familiarity with the organic and natural health and beauty industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Preferred Qualifications Experience in natural and organic product industry Working Conditions This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and standard manufacturing equipment such as packaging machines. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand (sometimes for long periods of time); walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
