Help Desk Technician II

Help Desk Technician II supports users on five local sites, providing on-site and remote assistance. The role uses ServiceNow ticketing, PC troubleshooting, inventory management, and operating system knowledge to keep the company's IT environment running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote support for users across five local sites Use ServiceNow ticketing system to log, track, and resolve incidents Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues Manage inventory of IT equipment Apply knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems Communicate status updates clearly to users and stakeholders Maintain reliability and organization in daily workflows Qualifications: Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system Strong PC troubleshooting skills Inventory management experience Good working knowledge of operating systems You have ServiceNow experience and strong PC troubleshooting skills. You manage IT inventory efficiently across multiple site locations. You are proficient with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
