Our client is seeking a BMS Project Manager to support a large-scale, AI-ready data center project in the Atlanta area. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the deployment of advanced building automation, controls, and critical infrastructure systems supporting one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage Building Management System (BMS), controls, automation, and infrastructure projects from kickoff through completion

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project documentation

• Lead project meetings, milestone reviews, and commissioning activities

• Track project performance and proactively resolve scheduling, operational, and technical challenges

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of project management experience within BMS, BAS, controls, automation, commissioning, construction, or related technical environments

• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer relationships

• Strong understanding of building automation systems, controls integration, commissioning, or mission-critical infrastructure

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation

• Experience with platforms such as Niagara, Tridium, Schneider, Ignition, Siemens, Honeywell, Trend, or similar technologies is highly preferred

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software
