Job Details Level: Management, Location: Glendale - Denver, CO 80224, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Health Care Position Summary We are looking for a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. As a leader in our "empowering all" effort, you will play a key role in bringing out the best in the dental team, as they deliver a best-in‑class dental experience to our patients. You will see first hand lives change, beginning with your own and those around you. Responsibilities Responsible for the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return. Lead a team of practice team members to change lives, one smile at a time. Act as gatekeeper of the patient journey, welcoming patients and guiding them through their journey to oral health and happiness. Represent the community by supporting initiatives such as donating proceeds from Tooth Whitening services to local Colorado charities. Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness. Demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience. Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management. Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend. Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus.
