Maintenance Coordinator

Position Summary Under the supervision of the Building Operations lead, this role involves maintaining and repairing community facilities, including equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and grounds. The technician participates in on-call rotations and ensures timely completion of work orders for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling issues. Complete work orders efficiently and accurately. Conduct monthly fire drills, maintain fire extinguishers, and ensure safety compliance. Assist with snow removal, renovations, and grounds maintenance. Support overall community maintenance and safety documentation under the Facilities Services Director. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge. Familiarity with tools, safety standards, and maintenance management systems preferred. Valid Colorado driver’s license and excellent customer service skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical & Working Conditions Physically demanding activities, including lifting over 100 pounds, climbing, reaching, and operating in hazardous environments. Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with residents and visitors. Subject to chemical, heat exposure, and frequent interruptions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
