Senior Copy Manager

Summary The Senior Copy Manager leads the editorial voice and creative expression across multiple Ralph Lauren brands, shaping narrative direction and ensuring a refined, consistent voice across campaigns, editorials, and product storytelling. This role manages and mentors a team of writers while collaborating with Creative, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, DEI, and Corporate Communications to translate creative vision into compelling copy across digital, social, retail, and wholesale channels. Responsibilities Lead copy concepting and shape seasonal narratives and campaign platforms for women’s categories. Translate creative vision into clear, compelling language for campaigns, editorials, and product stories. Partner with Art Directors and Designers to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together. Own and refine brand voice across Collection, Women’s Polo, Lauren, Home, Fragrance, and Accessories. Edit and elevate work from manager-level copywriters, providing actionable feedback. Manage and mentor a team of copywriters to foster craft and editorial excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally to align storytelling with business priorities and ensure consistency across channels. Requirements Proven experience in fashion copywriting, editorial, or advertising with a portfolio demonstrating concepting and storytelling excellence. Experience managing and mentoring writers in a creative environment. Deep knowledge of women’s fashion, styling, and cultural trends. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a refined sense of tone and voice. Ability to lead creative conversations and influence cross-functional partners.
