Interventional PM&R Pain Fellowship Trained Physician

Looking for an Interventional PM&R pain fellowship trained physician to join our hospital employed outpatient PM&R group.

Practice Info:

• Practice Location: 1711 27th St Portsmouth, OH 45662 Braunlin Building Suite 102
• Office Hours/Work Schedule: 8:00am 4:30pm Monday Thursday 8:00am - noon Friday This schedule can be flexed
• Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable): 1:4 weekend call for inpatient rehab care unit, approx. 13 weekends/year
• Staffing: 1 physician (outpatient), 1 physician (inpatient), 1 Nurse Practitioner (outpatient), 4 LPN's, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 1 Surgery Scheduler
• Case Load: 10-15 patients/day in outpatient clinic, 3 half day clinics 5-8 procedures/day in the OR
• Equipment: Meditech and Dragon Medical One Needle guided ultrasound EMG
• Procedures: Epidural Nerve Block Ablation Knee & Shoulder Injections TPI Occipital Block Spinal Cord Stimulators
