BIM/Revit Coordinator

BAi, LLC is an independently owned Acoustics, Sound Reinforcement, Audiovisual, and Theatrical Lighting/Rigging design consultant providing comprehensive design services for our clients in the Performing Arts, Education, Sports, Recording/Broadcast, Government, and House of Worship markets. BAi’s design teams work closely together to design spaces and performance systems that complement each other and exceed the client’s expectations. Responsibilities and Skills Use Revit to produce construction documents for Audiovisual Designs Setup Revit models, views, and sheets in coordination with the design team and overall project standards. Coordinate with architects and other consultants on project standards and linking external models into BAi’s Audiovisual model. Incorporate audiovisual designer markups, notes, and details into the Audiovisual Revit Model. Develop, document, and maintain internal BIM/CAD standards. Create and update Revit Families Develop templates and schedules in Revit Assist design team in manipulating and analyzing the Architectural and MEP Revit models for analysis of acoustics and noise control. Qualifications A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Building Information Modeling Proficient in AutoCad and Revit Proficient written and oral communication skills A desire to learn from your peers and contribute to the art of audio systems design.
