The Company is in search of a Head of Retail Sales with a strong background in the beauty industry, particularly with experience in specialty retail and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the retail sales strategy, with a focus on expanding distribution, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring a consistent, elevated brand experience. This role demands a strategic leader who can create and deliver annual sales plans, develop commercial programs, and manage a team to drive excellent execution across various sales channels. The Head of Retail Sales will also be tasked with building senior-level relationships, owning departmental activation budgets, and protecting the brand's standards and values. Applicants for the Head of Retail Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years' experience in key account management and retail marketing. A proven track record of success in growing brands within specialty retail, particularly with Sephora or similar beauty retailers, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong command of P&L ownership, budget stewardship, and commercial return-on-investment analysis, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on retail leader who is adept at interpreting sales and inventory data, managing categories, and turning insights into action to drive business growth.
