Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Home Health Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients in their homes, supporting their recovery and rehabilitation through personalized treatment plans.
Job Details
- Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Travel: 25% travel required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards in patient care.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required.
- Licensure: Valid California Physical Therapy License is required.
Mileage will be reimbursed according to the GSA rate.
