IPay rate : $21/hr-$23.25/h rLocation : Atlanta GA 3030 9Duration : 3-4-month contract with possible extensio nShift : 8:30am - 5:30p m Job Descriptio n:Job Summar y:The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involve s:· Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testin g.· Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interactio n.· Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedure s.· Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standard s.· Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business need s. Experien ce:· 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection s).· 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferre d).· Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferre d).· Keyboarding/d data entry experience (Preferre d).
