Position Summary Senox is looking for a Senior Search Marketing Specialist that will own the end-to-end digital search strategy for Senox Corporation’s portfolio of brands, with a focus on increasing qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and visibility across our multi-location branch network. This is a highly collaborative role where you will design the strategy, build the keyword frameworks, and execute all technical parameters of our search marketing efforts. You will collaborate directly with our in-house marketing creative team to produce content based on your strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating our current performance and recommending a data-backed paid ads budget to maximize B2B customer acquisition. Primary Responsibilities Strategy & Budget Ownership: Build data-driven SEO and SEM roadmaps for multiple Senox brands. Audit existing accounts to recommend and defend an optimal paid advertising budget. AI Search Optimization (AEO): Future-proof organic strategy by optimizing brand footprints for AI answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). Campaign Execution: Manage the complete execution of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, audience targeting, and A/B test setup. SEM Framework & Optimization: Lead the search marketing framework for key Senox Corporation brands, ensuring technical SEO readiness, proper URL structuring, and high-impact B2B launch campaigns. Continuously optimize landing page experiences to improve conversion rates (CRO). Organic Growth (SEO): Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize WordPress site architecture, implement on-page SEO best practices, and identify new keyword opportunities to drive distributor traffic. AEO & Content Formatting: Adapt content architecture, Q&A formatting, and structured data schema to maximize brand citations in conversational AI search results. Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the in-house creative team, providing clear briefs on required ad formats, imagery, and conversion-focused landing page structures based on performance data. Local SEO & Multi-Location Search: Own local search strategy across the Senox branch network, including Google Business Profile and Google Maps optimization, branch location pages, local keyword strategy, listing accuracy, competitive visibility, and local search performance. Identify opportunities to improve each branch’s visibility for high-intent searches within its individual market. New Branch Search Launch Strategy: Develop a repeatable SEO and SEM framework for new Senox branch locations. Conduct local keyword and competitor research, optimize branch/location pages, establish Google Business Profiles, create targeted paid campaigns, and monitor search performance pre- and post-launch. Set benchmarks to measure local awareness, traffic, inquiries, and customer growth. Conversion Tracking & Attribution: Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other platforms to measure paid and organic search efforts. Track customer actions like calls, form submissions, website conversions, branch/location engagement, and leads. Collaborate with stakeholders to link search marketing to leads, customer acquisition, pipeline, and revenue wherever measurable. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and present ongoing search KPIs directly to the Marketing Director, showing clear ROI and pipeline impact. Skills and Requirements Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands‑on experience executing complex, dual‑track SEO and SEM strategies. Proven track record in a B2B manufacturing, distribution, or building materials environment is highly preferred. Execution Focus: A strategist who loves to execute. You must be comfortable managing the day-to-day keyword lists, bids, and campaign adjustments yourself. Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). AI Search Tools: Familiarity with tracking brand share-of-voice and citation frequency within major AI chatbots and generative engines. Analytics & Measurement: Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and digital marketing analytics. Ability to move beyond impressions, clicks, traffic, and rankings to evaluate lead generation, customer acquisition, cost efficiency, and business impact. Location: Ability to work full-time, 100% in-office at our Austin, TX corporate headquarters.
