Housing Case Manager

YouthLink

YouthLink is seeking a dedicated Case Manager – Scattered Site Housing to support youth ages 18–24 in crisis. You will coordinate wrap-around services, assist housing stabilization, and connect clients with housing, counseling, financial counseling, job readiness, and higher education resources. Strong emphasis on collaboration with community partners and adherence to inclusive, youth-centered care. This full-time, onsite role requires reliable attendance and a commitment to YouthLink’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
