Chief Radiation Therapist

Coordinates radiation therapist assignments under the supervision of the Radiation Oncology Manager Manages daily staffing requirements for radiation treatments Oversees administration of radiation therapy treatments and simulations as prescribed Collaborates with all functional areas to ensure smooth patient care flow Orients and trains staff on new procedures/equipment Participates in departmental Quality Assurance and Improvement committees Requirements Graduate of an AMA-approved school for therapeutic radiologic technology Registered in RTT with a current valid Massachusetts license or equivalent education and experience Must be registered by the ARRT and hold a valid Mass.
