Field Service Technician (Commercial Cooking Equipment - Hot Appliances) Location: Servicing Massachusetts and New Hampshire

With a long-standing reputation for quality service and strong customer loyalty, they are continuing to grow and are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, and install commercial cooking and food preparation equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues, collect data, and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to identify and source necessary components
- Communicate with manufacturers to assist in troubleshooting complex issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Promote additional service offerings when appropriate
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of experience in commercial equipment repair or related field
- Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam systems
- Ability to use hand tools for precise mechanical work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working with mechanical parts, heated surfaces, and varying environmental conditions
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
