Personal Lines Account Manager

Review client accounts annually to ensure coverages remain appropriate for their evolving lifestyles. Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with precision and care. Support the agency producers by preparing quotes and gathering necessary underwriting information. Document all client interactions accurately within our internal software systems. Collaborate with our small, tight-knit team to resolve complex client concerns and claims issues. Requirements Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License. Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts. Strong proficiency in Agency Management Systems. Deep understanding of homeowners and automobile insurance coverages.
