Construction Sub-Contractor in DFW looking to hire a manager to oversee project accounting function as well as a team of project accountants. Progression to Director level track + unmatched benefits.
In Office M-F
90-110k DOE
Required Experience
o 7+ years of accounting experience.
o 5+ years of construction project accounting experience.
o Supervisory experience.
Skills & Knowledge
o Strong understanding of:
o Construction job costing
o WIP reporting
o Forecasting
o Revenue recognition
o AIA billing
o Retainage management
o Subcontract accounting
o Cost code structures
o Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
o Experience with construction ERP systems. xhyhwjd
o Strong communication and leadership abilities.
