We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team serving individuals across residential and community-based programs in the Greater Orlando and Lake County areas .

???? What You'll Do

As a BCBA with Attain, you'll use your clinical expertise to turn assessment and data into meaningful outcomes.

You'll:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze behavioral data

• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise Behavior Support Plans

• Develop individualized behavioral interventions based on assessed needs

• Provide behavioral consultation across residential and community-based settings

• Conduct Behavior Skills Training (BST) for caregivers and support staff

• Coach teams on implementation fidelity and provide performance feedback

• Monitor outcomes and modify interventions based on data and individual progress

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team

• Participate in person-centered planning and clinical decision-making

• Support strategies designed to increase independence, safety, communication, and quality of life

• Help teams understand the why behind behavior , not simply respond to it

???? Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a clinician who combines strong behavioral expertise with compassion, collaboration, and sound clinical judgment.

Required

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

• Minimum 3 years of post-certification BCBA experience

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or other developmental disabilities

• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

• Ability to provide services across community-based residential and day-program settings

• Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening

• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas

Experience supporting individuals with complex or severe behavioral needs is highly valued.

This is an in-person, community-based clinical position serving Attain programs throughout:

Greater Orlando & Lake County, Florida

Your work may take place across:

• Community residential homes

• Adult day training programs

• Community-based settings

• Other locations where individuals receive services

This isn't a role where clinical work ends when the assessment is complete. You'll have the opportunity to see interventions in action, work directly with the people implementing them, and help teams achieve sustainable outcomes.
