Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process.
• Leverage our innovative tools and resources to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to offer clients the most current insights and advice.
• Conduct property showings and open houses

• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Have or are willing to obtain an Illinois Real Estate Broker License (Pre-licensing classes available).
• Ability to work independently and have control over the growth of your business.
• Stay up to date on the given technology and systems (with help from our training experts).
• Financial stability to invest time and effort now to gain income later.
• Willing to continue to attend training, mentoring, and coaching to grow skills continuously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build meaningful connections and bonds within your community quickly.
• Must have confidence and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism
