Location: Elgin, IL Pay Rates & Shifts

1. st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($19.00/hr)
2. nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($20.50/hr)

What You’ll Do Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. – team lift required) Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly Work independently or in small, supportive teams Handle intricate electronics and components with exceptional care What We’re Looking For Prior experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing (required) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling heavy equipment (with team support) Ability to accurately follow computer-based, step-by-step instructions Reliable, motivated, and a collaborative team player As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
