We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our store in Aberdeen, Guild Square. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age. Responsibilities Leading the team by example and provide the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street from start to finish Engaging with customers and staff members alike Helping your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements Striving for operational excellence Assisting with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team Adhering to company policies and guidelines Promoting the schuh brand through our service values Qualifications Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything Optimistic and energetic Prepared to work hard Act as a role model in store Passionate about retail/customer service/footwear Keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
