Outside B2B Account Executive Location: Indianapolis, Indiana 46256 Work Type: Full-Time, On-Site About Bottleless Nation Bottleless Nation is a purpose-driven water solutions company dedicated to eliminating plastic waste in workplaces across the U.S. We provide sustainable, bottleless water and ice systems to businesses in a variety of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, and education. By offering environmentally friendly alternatives to single-use plastics, we help organizations reduce costs, improve hydration, and minimize their environmental footprint. Uniquely, we recycle used water filters as part of our commitment to sustainability. Through our Bottleless Nation Charitable Foundation, we support initiatives that reduce plastic waste, promote environmental cleanup, and improve access to clean drinking water in underserved communities. The Opportunity Bottleless Nation is seeking an Outside B2B Account Executive for our Indianapolis, Indiana market. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability and business impact by helping organizations transition to eco-friendly, premium water solutions. Our Account Executives are responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, cultivating relationships, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You'll identify new sales opportunities, conduct client meetings, deliver tailored presentations, secure free trials, close new business, manage contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct local travel to potential prospects in the Indianapolis market and surrounding areas Actively present our company and premium products to new businesses Physically cold call companies within your territory Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads and referrals Update CRM, complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Essential Requirements Self-starter with solid prospecting skills. This is a "Hunter" role Personable, energetic, tenacious, and commission-driven Activity‑minded with solid planning and time management skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred Comprehensive Compensation Package Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission and monthly bonuses Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Monthly fixed expense allowance, logo wear, and iPad Large local and protected territories with exclusive partnerships Field, classroom, and ongoing training and support Annual "President's Club Trip" for exceptional performers Earnings Potential Realistic first-year total compensation earning potential of $100,000 - $120,000 Unlimited income potential with no caps on commission or monthly bonuses Our top 20% earn between $200,000 and $250,000 annually We're Looking for You If you are a person that defines good character, strong work ethic, and a willingness to hold yourself accountable, we want to hear from you!
