What You’ll Do: Oversee multiple residential and commercial roofing projects daily, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Lead and supervise crews on job sites, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining site cleanliness Coordinate equipment, deliveries, and materials for efficient workflow Perform on‑site inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise Maintain open communication with clients, the Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager Document progress with clear photo records in CompanyCam and JobNimbus (CRM) Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with building codes and inspections Assess risks and enforce all safety regulations on every project What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3+ years of residential roofing experience (commercial a plus) Hands‑on leadership skills with proven crew management experience Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation best practices Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient with smartphones, e‑mail, and software tools (AccuLynx or similar) Physically capable of climbing roofs and lifting up to 50 lbs Clean and valid U.S. driver’s license Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Full‑time availability – 40+ hrs/week, Mon‑Fri + occasional Saturdays Drug‑free and able to pass a background check What You’ll Get: Competitive Salary based on experience Weekly pay Company vehicle + uniforms provided Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off (PTO) Stable, year‑round work Supportive, team‑focused environment Hiring Process: In‑person interview Location: In‑person at our office in Pompano Beach, FL, with daily local travel to job sites.
