Typical day Continuous Learning & Development: The six‑month training program includes live mentorship and a learning plan covering all facets of managing high‑volume plasma collection facilities. Team Management: Use interpersonal and communication skills to motivate a diverse team, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, support development, plan staffing, recruit, and retain employees. Career Advancement: Work toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager position by completing training, networking, and building relationships across BioLife, with opportunities to open and operate new centers. Supportive Teamwork: Operate in a fast‑paced environment; provide operational support, conduct management training, problem‑solve, and communicate with senior management. Exceptional Customer Service: Retain donors with a positive experience and assist with production when needed. Travel Opportunities: Learn from and network with BioLife team members nationwide, returning home every other weekend. Required Qualifications Relocation required upon graduation or program completion; choose your desired location. 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports). Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program. Ability to walk, stand during the entire shift and lift up to 5 lbs. (occasionally up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license throughout the program. Physical ability to bend, stoop, crouch, lift, and reach at required heights. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing equipment from a distance. Experience with bloodborne pathogen safety; 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Experience with SOPs, GTP, GMP, CLIA, and FDA regulations. Experience in highly regulated or high‑volume retail environments. Compensation & Benefits U.S. – SC – Virtual U.S. Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 The range reflects anticipated compensation, subject to qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Salary aligns with state or local minimum wage requirements.
