Regional Leasing Specialist

Regional Leasing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and training at the property for a portfolio of student housing communities. Regional Leasing Specialist works closely with the Corporate Operational team, Marketing team, Community Manager & staff to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. The Regional Leasing Specialist is responsible for effectively leading the leasing team and accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred or one year of experience in the student housing industry
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Prior experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns strongly preferred.
• Creative design experience and proficiency in Canva or Adobe suites strongly preferred
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
