About the Role:

Chagrin Valley Racquet Club in Chagrin Falls, OH is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility in top-notch condition. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring our members enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained club environment every day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on club facilities, equipment, and systems
• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building infrastructure
• Inspect courts, locker rooms, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of mechanical rooms and storage areas
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various conditions
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
