Senior Agentic AI Engineer - Remote Automation Architect

Fractal is hiring a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design and build intelligent automation for large-scale enrollment systems. You will leverage Agentic AI, LLMs, and ML techniques to automate exceptions, accelerate rule creation, and evolve production decisioning.
Ideal candidates have strong AI/ML, full-stack software skills, MLOps, workflow orchestration, and experience with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI ecosystems.
