Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid) Position Summary: Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and HR to create and implement effective recruiting strategies. Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid) Location: Marion, NC (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Position Summary: Responsibilities Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across our Manufacturing sites and corporate functions in one of our customer facilities in Marion NC . In this hybrid role , you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders and HR to create and implement effective recruiting strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School diploma/Associate’s accepted with relevant experience). 3+ years’ experience in agency or corporate recruiting. Experience with manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred). Interview Process: 1 virtual Teams interview, followed by an onsite interview.
