Key responsibilities Own positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative for Civic Marketplace, tailored for local government buyers Manage supplier and agency community engagement, including onboarding communications and regular touchpoints Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and community response systems Required qualifications 3+ years in product marketing, content strategy, or community management Demonstrable writing voice with examples of previous work Active, fluent user of Claude or a comparable AI writing tool Experience building or running HubSpot workflows Comfortable navigating both city procurement offices and startup environments
