About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Strategy and Growth Officer to play a pivotal role in its evolution as a storytelling studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's strategic direction and growth agenda, with a focus on turning insight into action. This includes driving and refining strategic direction, developing planning frameworks, and clarifying the company's positioning in the broader landscape. The role also involves owning a growth agenda that translates into measurable new revenue, identifying and launching mission-aligned growth tracks, and leading partnerships that contribute to business development. The Chief Strategy and Growth Officer will be a key partner to the CEO and the executive team, bringing a strong bias toward action and a proven track record of driving growth and new revenue. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in senior strategic and leadership roles, with at least 15 years' experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media and technology ecosystems, including the impact of AI on the media landscape, and be fluent in both commercial and mission-driven contexts. Key qualifications include a proven track record in strategic communications, brand strategy, and audience development, as well as experience in influencing at the executive level and operating in a remote, distributed environment. The role requires a builder and operator who can think strategically, with a focus on activation and a history of personally driving growth through partnerships, product launches, and new business lines.
