Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in maintaining records management systems and procedures.
- Organizes, files, and retrieves records in accordance with policies.
- Supports records retention and disposition processes.
- Ensures compliance with records management requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of records management principles
- Organizational and filing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Basic data management skills
- Communication skills
Minimum/General Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of related experience
Minimum Education:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
