Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Hybrid or Remote We’re seeking a driven and technically skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our thermal spray metal powders in the Indianapolis region. This is a high-impact role focused on growing revenue, building customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing. Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Partner with leadership to identify and target strategic customers and industries. Consult clients using your technical expertise to assess needs and demonstrate product value. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategies and project execution. Use CRM tools to track sales performance, manage pipelines, and report key metrics. Represent the company professionally in all customer and industry interactions. Territory Sales Manager What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales or commercial roles preferred. Experience in materials science, thermal spray technology, or the aerospace industry is a plus. Proven ability to grow customer accounts and build long-term partnerships. Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote environment. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
