Required Skills:- Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Ability to read and understand warehouse documentation and inventory reports.
- Strong attention to detail to handle merchandise carefully and avoid damage.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Experience with warehouse management software.
- Additional certifications (e.g., OSHA forklift safety training).
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with schedule.
- Willingness to assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
