Deerfields Bakery in Buffalo Grove is looking for a Day Baker to join our growing company. Daytime hours, approximately 6:00am-2:30pm. We are a retail and wholesale company in the baking industry. Our ideal employee will have great communication skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and be able to work at a fast pace. Experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Follow recipes and procedures Measure, mix, shape and bake according to the production schedule Work with laminated dough Organize ingredient storage, supplies, equipment, and workspaces Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace Must have experience. Salary based on experience. Sanitation certificate required.
