As a Web Inquiry Support Coordinator at MedPOINT Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our team. - Manage and respond to web inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-up actions.
- Assist in developing and implementing web inquiry processes and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze inquiry trends to improve service delivery.
- Provide support for online tools and resources available to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and client engagement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company services and policies.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and web-based inquiry tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client issues.
- Familiarity with healthcare management practices is a plus.
