Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring a Client Support & Sales Coordinator for a long-term assignment with a respected global client known for innovative technology solutions. You'll support customers, assist with sales activity, and help grow business relationships.
Responsibilities
● Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
● Prepare and process customer quotes accurately and on time
● Build and maintain positive customer relationships
● Work with internal teams on pricing and sales opportunities
● Support sales goals and customer acquisition targets
● Review purchase orders for compliance with company policy
● Maintain accurate customer records
● Communicate clearly before, during, and after the sales process
● Resolve concerns professionally, identifying satisfaction opportunities
● Handle additional customer service and admin duties
Preferred
● Prior sales support, account management, or client services experience
● Staffing, admin, or business support background
● CRM familiarity
Qualifications
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Strong organization and time management
● Excellent customer service and relationship-building
● Strong written/verbal communication
● Comfortable managing multiple priorities
● Proficient with Microsoft Office
● Detail-oriented problem-solver
