NOW HIRING: Full-Time Pharmacy Cashier / Customer Service Representative

Position: Pharmacy Cashier / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy team as a Full-Time Cashier / Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Process purchases and prescription-related transactions accurately
Operate the cash register/POS system
Answer customer questions and direct pharmacy-related questions to the appropriate staff
Handle cash, credit/debit, and other payment methods
Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining the front-end area
Answer phones and assist customers with general inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Follow pharmacy policies and customer privacy requirements
Work cooperatively with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff

Qualifications

Previous cashier, retail, pharmacy, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable handling cash and operating a computer
